Finally went to get my dress for my sons beach wedding in the keys,. Only had one in the store of the dress I liked. Was kinda confused.... I have been fitting in size 0 and 2 in the women's dept, so I was sure I'd fit in this beautiful size 3/4 gown. Well it zippered half way up the back, and then it took the three of us to stuff me in the rest of the way.
Mom said it looked great and took a couple pictures for me. I thought I really liked the dress on me a lot, but it looked much different in the pictures and on me than it looked on the hanger. It's a strapless, I thought I lost a good amount in my chest, however in the back and the front I had like a fat bulge. So I think I really need to tone up, the upper part of my back and right above my cleavage but kinda like in the front at the sides (like right next to my underarm, but on my chest.
I'm just about ready to start maintaining, about 4 more lbs to put me at 110 loss of 40 lbs. have not done the exercise at all in these 45 weeks. Today this dress gave me the motivation to work out. I have a fitness weight training that I can go back and start on week 1 day1
So can anyone please point out what weight training exercises would give some focus on those two places. Usually I'm asking about calories, nutrients, but finally about the hard part for me. Thanks so much oh also I have until the 13 of Nov to try to have that dress fit. 5ft. 114 lbs 49 years old

"Toning" or weight training is not going to get rid of that bulge. Only weight loss will.
But, you should weight train anyways with any weight loss program. Just google "beginning weight training program" and see what best fits with your schedule. Finally went to get my dress for my sons beach wedding in the keys,.
