A question about Chipotle

So the Chipotle in my area only charges a dollar for plain cilantro-lime rice. Would it be bad if I ate it very often?
I eat 1,200 calories a day and it fits well within my calorie budget but it does have a lot of carbs and sodium....

i LOVE chipotle, especially their rice. i usually eat a chipotle bowl as 3 meals (i eat about 200 or so calories every 2.5 hours). chipotle says their rice is 185 calories per 4 ounces, and i'm sure you can fit that into your calories somehow. maybe with some yogurt for protein? if you're not diabetic or have other issues with carbs, i can't see why you couldn't enjoy your rice. is your blood pressure high? if not, try the rice for a few days and see how it goes.

I usually eat about 8oz-10oz, if I eat it. Since there is a Chipotle next to my job and one right across the street from my home, I eat it alot. I had it for lunch today and it was delicious, I was still under my budget for calories, sodium, and carbs too :)
I did have high blood pressure when I was at my heaviest(220lbs), but I have lost almost 50lbs and I haven't checked my blood pressure lately.

If they told you to stay low-sodium, of course you should. Don't want a stroke or anything! But if it fits, why not have it? Enjoy!!
