How to get fit again while recovering from ankle sprain

Hi everyone,

this time last year I had got to my ideal weight and body shape. I was fit and slim. And I maintained it until May this year when I sprained both my ankles and couldn't exercise.

I love cardio. It makes me so happy. But its been so hard to get back to it. I have healed a lot now but I still cant run and other cardio like x-trainer, cycling, rowing makes my legs ache like crazy afterwards at the moment.

anyone been here and have advice? I want to lose the last 10lbs again. Any help is most welcome. Alex xxxxxx
