Cure for Sore Muscles?

Today marks my 7th day (rest day) of doing the Insanity workout. It really did its job! I can feel the changes such as increased energy and my thighs seemed to get toned a bit. I also was able to beat my 1st Insanity fitness test! (I got tempted to try it again yesterday to know if it really works lol)

After some days of intense cardio, my back seemed to get a bit sore. Any good homemade cures you can recommend? I ran out of funds for a massage because of school projects XD

    Assuming you mean your lower back.. sounds like a weak core. Focus on contracting your abominals during cardio. Anyway, search Youtube for "lower back stretch".

    You probably just need to stretch. If it's not just DOMS-type soreness but something more severe, then you are overdoing it on the Insanity. I hope you're not doing it 6x a week, seems overkill.
