I think they all work, I tried Insanity not so long ago. But if you're new to exercise and are just going to start these programs, it's worth doing less intense programs beforehand so you're body is adapted to the stress (I jumped right into Insanity and had an injury within 2 weeks).
I thought Insanity was good, I saw cardiovascular improvement in the first week
I'm not sure about the nutrition plans, I followed my own and kept to 1800 calories a day. The weight loss comes from a caloric deficit... not the exercise.0 -
well im not new to exercise i train like the past 5 years, but i want to try something new!0

I've finished Insanity recently, and I can tell you that it worked for me. I didn't lose a huge amount of weight but I lost inches all over and my general fitness has improved dramatically.
I didn't follow the nutrition plan, but did stick to a calorie deficit and increased my protein intake.
I'm now doing a P90X / Insanity hybrid plan for the next 90 days for a bit of variety. Fairly early in to that but I'm enjoying it.0 -
I Have done insanity (my fave ever!!) But full on and by end of 2 months it's exhausting but the greatest daily challenge of your life!! When you finish those workouts strong you feel powerful!
I also did tapout xt but didn't do the whole programme, the moves were hard to get and I found it annoying to not be able to "get them" if you have previous fighting or martial arts training maybe it would help
Ufc fit was fun and interesting!! But not memorable!!
If you are new to strength but are fit I think t25 is a great starter and still really challenging and then I'd move to insanity to bump it up!!0 -
thanks everbydody guys!!
