Total lunar eclipse night of Dec 20-21, north america

There is going to be a total lunar eclipse the night of Dec 20 into the morning of the 21st! Hope the skies are clear where you are to be able to see it. Supposed to be visible in North America.

This past monday was the Geminid Meteor Shower as well

Did you guys catch it....if not you missed out on something amazing

My wife and I layout on a blanket in the lawn in late summer and watch the perseids event every year. It's super cool to experience something like that together. Laying in each others arms under the stars. Can't wait to see thus hope it's clear.

I did see one as I was driving north to work....the rest must have been behind me! Love meteor showers!

It's more than just an eclipse .... it's also a full moon and the day of the solstice. The last time it happened was in 1638, and it won't happen again for over 100 years :)
