stepmill?

anyone has had success using this? would love to try them at the gym but kind of nervous.

    Yes it's hard. Go slow and try it out for a few minutes (or 10, I don't know your level)

    i have been using the elliptical for about a month and a half and was just thinking of trying something different. what my ticker says is my results for using the elliptical 30-60 min 3 days a week. plus a reasonable diet

    Love it. I don't really believe in any other elliptical. I'm not a huge cardio fan so I only do one spin class a week, maybe a zumba, otherwise it's sometimes 10 minutes, 20 or 30 on the step mill. Lost almost 20 pounds since June!
