For lunch there ordering out at work(there paying holla) Im getting a buffalo chicken wrap. Unfortunatly its from a small pizza place and they do not have there nuttional values available so I looked up a crispy buff chick wrap from buffalo wild wings and im using those calories...does that sound like a good idea? ughh I hate not knowing!

We have lots of restaurants that are not chains, so I have the same dilemma. I do the same thing and find it to be really the only way to estimate calories. Local pizza parlor large pizza slice logged as Pizza Hut large pizza slice. Or, sometimes, I will just log ingredients. Like if I have a chicken enchilada, I'll log the tortilla, the chicken, the cheese, the tomatillo salsa, and throw some oil or butter in there for good measure, since I'm sure they aren't concerned with the fact that I need low cal!

last night I made turkey meat loaf and took the time to figure out all the ingredient's values, then my 1/8th portion of whole loaf.....then left the freakin' thing on the stove after dinner - forgot to put it away last night.

the cat did enjoy the remaining loaf overnight - after all my hard work
