Just a vent!

I've been hit with the nasty flu bug that has been going around my family for the past month! Boo! I feel so lousy not being able to work out....i'm still staying within my calories, but really miss those extra work out ones just incase i go over a bit. Here's hoping it passes quickly and i can get back to it!

I hear ya! Kinda got hit with a bug too missed workouts for 2 weeks and was so excited to get back to it!!!0

Unless you have a fever . . . a light walk or light workout of any kind actually helps a bit . . . extra blood flow ect. Drink lots of water and feel better!!0

You're still eating at a deficit. If you are sick, it might be good / smart / advisable to just eat at maintenance until you feel better. Food can help your body recover quicker, then get back to the weight loss.0

I SO understand!!! It gets to the point where someone says they are sick and I want to ruuuuuuuun the other way!!! The problem is too I feel like I could consume my body weight in juice when I'm sick. I hope you feel better soon hunny! And like the others said, you are still at a deficit though I have heard it said its better to eat more when you are sick (but I make up for it with juice calories! lol!)0

I feel you as I'm fighting the cold I caught from my husband. Makes me appreciate my healthy self SOOOOOOOO much more.
