Good exercise calorie target?

Currently I've got my weekly exercise target set at 2000 calories, but it seems too low as I've exceeded it already this week.
What's a good and reasonable target for me?
I'm 28, male and around 110kg.
This is not just exercise for weight loss, but something that I can maintain for a long time. I'm only looking to lose another 5kg or so.
