Hi everyone,

I am Alex, a 26 years old girl.
I have moved in London 3 years ago, stopped to do activities (used to a lots of sports and swimming).
I have just start a program with my Dietologist Susan.

I am 1,57 kg and I put lots of weight in the last couple of years, especially after the implant the I will take it off asap!
So my weight now is 72kg (oh my god) I really dont like myself anymore as before.
I have a super amazing boyfriend that he loves me the way I am. I am kinda curvy but I am not feel anymore so comfortable to wear stretch and sexy dress, bikini etc..

I have always been a super bubbly and confident girl, but this thing is killing me off.
I think I am pretty girl but I want be on shape for my healthy as well.

So I have started this program, and I am doing 4 days a week: crossfit,yoga,pilates and zumba.
My manin goal is to lose 15-17kg! 20 kg would be the top.

I hope in losing 1kg a week. It's hard, especially in London I guess!
But I will do my best!!
