New to balancing macros

Hi, Im trying to lose 20lbs and need to try to balance my macros to a 45% carb, 30% protein and 25% fat ratio. Anyone have recipes or meal ideas that fit that or have any helpful tips to get started?

    My advice would be to hit your protein goal, but other than that eat normally, and see where the fat and carbs fall. From there you can adjust them as need be, ie if not feeling full enough, swap some of the carbs for fat, until you are feeling full. Likewise, if you find your workout suffering, swap some of the fat for carbs on the days you work out.

    Good luck with it all, and just remember the less wholesale the changes, the more likely you are to stick with them, and then they simply become habit. Small changes, one at a time, are what have worked most for me whenever I've been successful in losing weight :)
