I like to eat small meals very frequently, like sometimes every hour. I've noticed it gets worse when I let myself go hungry at all, and then the rest of the day is rough. Toast, cambells healthy request soups and lots of water seem to help to for me and keep it as healthy as I can make it during this wonderful time! And, SLEEP!!! When I'm exhausted, my morning sickness is much worse! Good luck!
  • Ginger pills help. Also, try zofran if you can get it from the doctor. It helps immensely! Congratulations!

I have been preggo 9 times and I can tell you that Unisom-2 (with doxylamine) once before bed work great. My doctor prescrib it to me but you can buy it over the counter. Very safe for the baby and made me feel pretty much normal. Anyone that told me to just eat craquers would make me want to rip their head off!!!

First time around, nothing really helped till I was around 6 months, then saltine crackers, and ginger ale and for some odd reason salt and vinegar, chips helped. Second time around...Saltine crackers and sprite, were my constant buddy..I would eat a cracker before getting out of bed...I couldn't go to long in between meals either b/c I would get sick if I got hungry.

Peppermint is supposed to help with morning sickness. I found when I was pregnant always havng something in my stomach helped - not getting too hungry or too full.
