Hi everyone! so basically i have been using MFP to track my food and exercise for the past 8 weeks and i have managed to loose about 40 pounds with it! now i feel like i need to utilise the community aspect of it as well. I want more friends! lol i think with people with more people being able to see my updates and food diary etc ill be more motivated to eat and exercise more consistently! So read my profile bio and if you like it, lets be friends yay! lol
