Diary of a Compulsive Overeater - Day 34

so, yesterday was not a good eating day for me. happiness-wise, the day was fantastic, though. i went down to my favourite coffee shop, sat in the sunshine and ate 2 breakfast bagels and half a cookie. i was there for 3 hours, but still. then i walked downtown in the sunshine, went to the mall to look around, and then came home. i watched some movies and then watched the harbour fireworks from my living room window. all in all it was a great day personally, but not nutritionally. here is how it broke down:
breakfast:
2 bacon breakfast bagels.
1/2 big cookie
lunch:
1 mama burger from A&W
supper:
300g steak
2.5 cups rice
mushroom sauce
so ya, not the best day... i didn't binge per se, but my choices could have deifnitely been better. i also weighed myself today and i am at 284.6, which is almost 2 pounds more than last week... i know i'm falling backwards, but this week has been the happiest i've had in a reaaaaaly long time, so i'm not sure if i should beat myself up about the eating because i feel so good. i bought an ipod yesterday so i can have some music when i walk, so hopefully that will help me with my daily 5k.physically i can do them no problem, but boredom wise hopefully the music will help.
so after 3 glorious days of sunshine, it is raining today. so a day inside mostly, but i am going for a walk and to get groceries this afternoon. here is the plan for today:
breakfast:
1 cup oatmeal
1 banana
snack:
mini carrots
1 yogurt
22 almonds
lunch:
out somewhere, either timmies or subway... try to make some good choices
supper:
goulash with mashed potatoes, mushroom soup, mushroom, cabbage, onions and ground beef
hopefully today goes well. i am looking forward to this coming week, and hope that i start going down in my weightloss efforts, instead of going up. here is to today.

I am so happy for you that you have had a really good week. And believe me, yesterday your day foodwise was much much better than mine lol. Let's just say it involved lots of chocolate chip cookies (homeade), chips, candy......ewww just thinking about it makes me sick. Today is a brand new day!!! Hope you have a good one!0
