Have successful stories with moobs to pecs?

Replies

  • Hey to lose your moobs you need to lower your body fat percentage try to get to 10% if it's not gone by then (Your abs should be visible at 10%) you probably have gyno which requires surgery to remove the tissue but yea lower your body fat percentage and for pecs start hitting the gym doing decline bench etc

10% body fat does not mean abs. 100% that is
You are right about the gyno maybe, That is a hormonal imbalance
Decline press for bench you do know what works out chest the most right? It is not decline press.

Just keep doing what you're doing, eventually your moobs should disappear. I wouldn't concern myself with gyno at this point in time. If you hit your goal weight and you still have moobs then you should go see a doctor about the possibility of gyno. Focus on dropping the fat.

My primary doctor things I have low T which is interesting. Testosterone range is such a large range that I was in the normal range. He sees my body as a body that makes no sense. I do think it can be a hormone imbalance but fat has estrogen so losing weight I can feel the drop in estrogen. Its weird but I can feel the change.
