Reading through some of the topics, I saw that the book Strong Curves: A Woman's Guide to Building a Better Butt and Body was recommended by several members. I took their advice and ordered it today and am reading through it now. Most of the book talks about making your butt bigger and more shapely. I already got a big butt! I just want smaller and more shapely.
Has anyone tried this routine who already had a big butt? If so, how were your results?

That comes from overall fat loss. Exercises don't target the fat near the muscles worked. Any typical full-body strength training program will do what you want. That plus a calorie deficit will make all of you smaller & shapelier.0
