Gluten Free "diet"

Options
Hey All,

starting a gluten free diet plan (or whatever you call it) on tuesday(monday being holiday). and have never done something like this before, anyways.. Im doing this to try and help solve a ongoing stomach issue.. as this was suggested by one of the nurses i work with.. and frankly.. its about the only thing i havent tried yet in the past year and a half ive been having issues.

anybody have suggestions about good foods/meals/ recipes/ meal plans that have worked for them??

any help or suggestions will be absolutely accepted and hopefully used!!

Thanks everybody :)

While not a recipe, a suggestion for some basic items to have on hand would be hitting Aldi's. They have a GF line that is MUCH less expensive than some of the other grocery stores around. Another good place to go to is Woodman's if you have one near you.

I'm gradually converting over to a gluten-free diet myself due to gastrointestinal issues.

    Good luck!

Look in the Groups section....I'm guessing there is at least one.
