Appropriate Foods?

Hey there! I'm in need for a little list of some foods that are appropriate for my needs. I'm trying really hard to eat less than 30g of sugar (120 calories of sugar) and less than 100g of carbs (400 calories), but with this I'm not getting enough calories and I don't know how to change that without screwing up my sugar and carb diet. Any suggestions on what types of food I should eat/buy would be wonderful, thanks! :wink:

    Remember to eat oils and fats in order to get your calories..
    For low carb vegetables consider greens: Romaine, Spinach, Swiss Chard, Kale,, . .
    also cucumbers, asparagus, eggplant, yellow squash, . . .
