New to site... Goal to run Spartan Sprint in Feb. 2015

So I started my lifestyle change on 1/1/2014.... To be honest it has not been as hard as I thought, but I know that the closer I get to my goal weight the harder it will be. I have basically cut out all refined sugars , sweets , sodas, simple Carbs ( yes no confections), I am gluten free now and have a diet that is 70% protein and 30% complex carbs... I started at 310 and am currently floating around 238-240 ..... I am hoping to find like minded people to learn and share with as I work on meeting my goals and sustaining this new lifestyle.
So Add Me and we can all learn and help each other!
