Hello.

That is all. Trying to get back into... well, my male mid-life crisis is with my body. So I am hell bent in losing at least 40 pounds. I have said too much. Back to lurking.

    Losing weight is cheaper than buying a Ferrari so as far as midlife crises goes you chose the right one. Best of luck.
