This is a bit embarrassing!
I've lost a bit of weight but i am still over weight currently 12 stone.. my stress incontinence is not improving.. Do you think weight could still be the problem or its best to go to the doctors. I do have a pelvic machine i might start using again..
I am late 20's and do not have any children so the weight is mainly the problem i would imagine.
Thanks

you should definitely see a doctor, because usually these things can be treated. It's probably not just the weight causing it and 12 stone isn't that overweight anyway. It's probably not anything serious causing it but it's an annoying problem and usually treatable so definitely worth seeing a doc about it0
