Second post - Just broke though the 30 lb loss mark this morning, and I'm still feeling very motivated. Still have a very long way to go, but this his been less painful than previous attempts. I find the flexibility to eat all types of food as being the key reason why I'm able to stick to my plan. What a great site! Thanks to MFP I feel I'll be able to stay focused during the holiday season. Great to read everyone else's success stories. Very motivating!
