Hello!
I'm from Estonia and currently cutting down to get shredded. Currently my daily calory intake is 2040 and I weight 79,8kg. I think I'll be hitting 75kg. After that problably start to build more muscle.
My goal is to hit gym atleast 4 times a week and do cardio 2 times a week. I've been working out in gym for 2 years.
I'm always trying to get new knowledge, I train hard but also smart.
