31 weeks till holiday - 47lb to lose - eek!

I have set a goal of 125lb for myself. I have been this weight before and looked good, plus its the size that all my clothes fit. I have just worked it out and I have 31 weeks until we go on holiday to Mexico - last time we went I weighed 147lb and hated the way I looked in a bikini, so am determined to do better this time.
So i have 47lb to lose in 31 weeks - this works out to 1.5lb per week (ish), so I hope this is doable. My plan is to follow a low carb plan and have one meal off per week. (I cut out all carbs for August and felt fab). I also intend to do 2 hiit trainings a week (on elliptical) then 1 steady state cardio on elliptical again and then 3 resistance training sessions using free weights, calisthenics and power plate. 1 to 2 rest days a week. With exercise I plan to stick to 1200-1400 cal a day, non exercise days max 1200.
Do you think this is an achievable goal/plan? Are there any suggestions for improvements I could make? Would it be worth buying an exercise bike to aid with the hiit training?
