Pizza Toppings Chicken
Ingredients:
6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 cup bread crumbs
12 slices turkey pepperoni
3ea Weight Watchers String Cheese
1 Cup Pizza Sauce
Directions:
Moisten Chicken and dip each in bread crumbs. Lay chicken out wide. Chop pepperoni and split cheese sticks in two. Add cheese and pepperoni to each piece of chicken. Roll chicken up to keep "toppings" in the middle of the chicken. If necessary toothpick through the chicken to keep sealed. Spoon sauce over the chicken evenly for all 6 pieces. Bake 400 for 40 minutes.
With the ingredients I used they were 293 calories each. I also will chop up mushrooms and onions to put them in, but for the picky eaters in the house I stick with pepperoni and cheese.
