I'm 35 5'0 woman with asthma and bad sugar and carb cravings with a family full of diabetics. My SW 138 my current weight 123 is my GW is 115-110. I'm back starting MFP again for the umpteenth time. I find that when I log food and exercise and visit the web site daily I'm better able to stay on track. I have lost some weight but every time I fall off the wagon I go back to my old bad habits. Which is very easy to do since Checkers and Burger King are just at the end of my street and I really love Checkers fries. I'm trying to make better healthy food choices and exercise six days a week. I feel better when I exercise even if for only 15 minutes. I'm not ready to join a gym I do have DVDs and Weights at home and I am able to walk in my building at work or outside on nice days. I'm really good at making excuses and not working out, when I have all the tools I need to work out. With my asthma and family health issues I know I need to take care of myself now so I can be around for a long time in the future. I was hoping to find friends to help support me and keep me honest. If you want to join me on my journey to be healthy please friend me.
Thank you,

Its great that you want to exercise 6 times a week but I would start off (again) saying I would exercise every other day as its more realistic and work from there. It worked for me and I have found myself exercising a lot more instead of burning the candle at both ends and feeling so so so guilty when I don't get time to squeeze it in. I've started over so many times on here with my SW higher every time but now on my 60 day streak and have lost 14 lbs in those 60 days exercising every other day.0

The bolded sections hold the answers - which are your words and the only answers you need.
When you want this badly enough, you will do it. No one can give you motivation. You have to build habits into your everyday life.
The most important thing : Stop starting over. Keep going.0
