So I want to take my fitness goals to the next level. Being committed to exercise is no issue for me but it would appear sometimes I struggle to stick to my diet.

It's like I just let myself down sometimes when this really is a focus for me? For example - end up drinking wine.

I can't get my head around it as I'm such a focused person at work etc.

Any tips or recommendations of what I could do? Or read etc?
