I'm looking for some people to encourage me to stick with the plan. I want to lose 15-20 lbs but I REALLY want to get much, much fitter. I'm starting from not having done a lot of exercise in a long time and I'm finding it difficult to keep up with everything (working mom). I also want to feel a little less useless when my other half starts talking about his exercise campaigns (sub-3hr marathoner) and I want to be a better example for my two small boys (healthier eating and lifestyle).
This all sounds awfully serious. Generally I'm not really that serious.

    That's why I'm here too. Not SO much to lose weight, but to get healthier. I need to lose 10...but I want to be more fit.

    My REAL goal is to have a thinner waist.

    I don't have a family to distract me, yet it also means that I have no 'in-home cheerleaders'...LOL!
