How to stay motivated every day?

I have a problem with blowing off my exercise and diet plans when I wake up the next day. It's either that I've totally forgotten about it or that I don't feel the need to stick to it. It's really sad because I can log in here and have everything under control, but I don't log back in until a few weeks later. Does anyone have any tips or ideas to keep motivation alive and not blow it off? I really need some help! :cry:

  • I'd suggest planning your day ahead; the night before.
    So by the time you wake, you know what's on the menu for you.

    and I find in times it's all seeming too much, literally taking it a day at a time makes a huge difference!

    Small goals. As in weekly. Don't look at losing weight as the overall goal.
    Takes a lot of patience and time. But at your age should be easier. :)
    Once you start the lose inches...then it becomes much easier.
