Hello all. I'm new here..just started a few days ago.

I love this site! The app makes is incredibly easy to calculate my eating. Since a child, I've had a love/hate relationship with food. This app allows me to see the days I overindulge compared to the days I remain faithful to healthy eating.

I would like to mention that I'm exercising the High Fat/Low Carb lifestyle along with Intermittent Fasting(16/8).

Are there any other 'ketoers' out there? I would love to reciveve and give feedback so that we both may get to we want to be.
