Low card recipes for diabetics?

So my moms doctor has put her on a little to no carb diet to help manage her diabetes, so I am simply wondering if you guys could post or point me in the direction of some low carb recipes? I'd really like to help her out with ideas! Thanks in advance! :)

If you look up recipes from the Paleo diet, you will find loads of healthy low carb options. When I was eating (somewhat) that way, I pretty much had:

Breakfast: Greek yogurt with fruit, or eggs and fruit or veggies, lean meat and fruit or veggies
Lunch: cold plate with cheese, olives, vegetables, leftover meats, hard boiled egg, or a green salad with protein
Suppers: grilled or roasted meats or fish, with a huge pile of cooked veggies
Snacks: hard boiled eggs, lean pepperoni, beef or salmon jerky, kale chips, cheese, cottage cheese, nuts, fruit (in moderation), olives, pickled or marinated vegetables, lox, pickles.

    Other ideas:

Lettuce instead of a bread/bun for a low carb burger or sandwich
Broccoli, spaghetti squash or zucchini "zoodles" instead of pasta
Paleo pumpkin pancakes, or two ingredient banana pancakes instead of standard ones (Google these for recipes)

Almond flour and coconut flour can be decent flour alternatives, depending on the recipe.
