Returning a year later

Well I was on here a year ago while training in a muay thai / mma place and I loved this app, it took a lot of the guess work out but I still found that I wasn't really following a diet just making goal numbers match. I was dropping the 8 glasses of water a day though. Fast forward, I lost 12 lbs last year and still off but after 8 months in that gym I felt like I didn't lose enough. I am now starting up with a boxing one and my goal is 50 lbs solid. My issue is diet and my Diabetes Type 2 is still sitting on my back. T
Good to have people to talk with about it who are dealing with the same demons.
