resistance bands?

I just got new resistance bands, and I don't know how I should track it on my exercise....I know it probably doesn't burn a bunch of calories. But I would still like to keep track of how much and how often I'm using them. Any ideas?

  • I just got some too for ChaLean Extreme. I think I am going to write what I did in the "notes" part of the workout. Or you can count it as strength training or calisthenics. I don't think i'll count it in calories though. It's up to you!
