carb cycling schedule

I do strength training on Mon, Wed,Fri with 15 min of cardio and do 45-60 min of cardio & ab workout on Tues &Thurs. Should I do my high carb days on the strength training days or the cardio days? TIA

I would go with higher carbs on strength days. Really it depends on what your goals are and what type of calorie deficit you run on the lower carb days. If fat loss is your main goal, I wouldn't do any higher carb days unless you've hit a fat loss plateau and need to recharge your metabolism.0
