I started seeing a new diabetic counselor / nutritionist. She advised me to try to use myfitnesspal to determine the carbs in fast food.
For example. My wife and I ate lunch at La Madeline's for lunch before the initial visit. She was able to type in what I ate for dinner and it would tell her the amount of carbs I ate. It showed the name of the restaurant and the name of the food item.
I can't find how to do that with myfitnesspal for the life of me.
I'd call her, but it's a long weekend and I'd like to know sooner.
Thanks
Patrick.
