Veggie Cuban Sandwich

Does anyone have a recipe for a veggie cuban sandwich?! I don't eat meat, and have had a couple of these at local restuarantes in FL, and would LOVE to be able to make my own!!!

    i dont even know what a cuban sandwich is but i always love trying new things (and i'm a veg too!) i hope someone gives you a decent answer! :)

    OOOOO i live right next to a little cuban sandwich place that is a major hot spot and they are the bomb!! I would b so interested to hear and try a veggie one...mmmm.mmmm.mmmm

    Oh...no answers yet! But...I know they are AWESOME!! And in the menu, they always put something like "our cuban sauce"...so I have no idea what that is.
    But these are AWESOME subs!
