I'm starting my weight loss journey, a little later than I should have! I'm a 20 year old who needs a change in life. I'm a person who eats when I'm bored or stressed, and being in college I am always one or the other! So hopefully with this site (making me look at what I eat everyday and accept it is TOO much!), this community, and a little faith this will be a great journey!
