Follow up with my Oncologist

I am so happy-I just got home from my 1 year follow up visit with my Oncologist. He was sooooo proud of me, loosing weight - exercising - He said that I could not be helping myself remain cancer free in any better way than eating right and exercising. Plus, it was a total hoot to see myself weigh less then 200 pounds on his big medical scale, in the afternoon WITH clothes on!!!
