Progress! (w/ pics)

Hey Everyone!
I'm mainly writing this post to share my success story. As someone who used to be a yo yo dieter, I am no stranger to weight loss woes even at the age of 21. I have been overweight for most of my life and have never been happy with my body, I am now at a healthy weight and on the way to happiness with just some toning now necessary. If anyone has any tips for toning, I would welcome them with huge thanks?

Height: 6 ft 1 In
Starting Weight: 227 pounds, with a BMI of 29.8
Current Weight: 145 pounds, with a BMI of 19.2
Total Loss: 82 pounds

    Wow super impressive! (I followed your urls to see the pictures) Congratulations on your transformation :)

    What were the keys to your success?

    Unfortunately I can't really give tips on toning as I am still working on that myself :) I do FitnessBlender's videos on youtube and I find them really good.
