Something interesting to do with turkey tonight....please

I have a pack of turkey steaks which need eating tonight. Does anyone have any ideas.....(not curry as had it yesterday) have most herbs and spices the usual store cupboard basics available (am out of rice).

Thanks so much for suggestions. I decided on baked turkey with garlic, lemon and cherry toms, served on a bed of mixed beans cooked with tin of toms, chilli and garlic and broccoli. Made a nice change
