My get up and go got up and went.

I'm at a point where I just won't/can't/don't. I've been in this rut for about 6 months now and watching my past hard work and successes slowly disappear back into my ever-growing belly.
Work has been high-stress hell for the better part of this year, home hasn't been much better. I know things will settle down again, I know that I am capable of doing what is right, I just can't seem to be able to flip that switch and get back on track.
I miss my motivated self and just can't figure out how to find her again.

Well you went far enough to ask for help....the rest is not far behind.
For today start and log what you have eaten....
If it's not too late go for a walk....log that...
Then you will be back at it....:flowerforyou:

Unfortunately as people have pointed out to me in the past no one can kick you up the a*** other than yourself. Think about why you're doing it, maybe check out some of the success stories. I find that just getting into a routine is good, just make yourself do it and after a while it will become the norm.
Good luck, hope you find your mojo0 -
Every time someone makes a post like this I post a link to my story which is from over a year ago. Don't let life get in the way of your goals. Life is hard and it throws curveballs, but you don't have to let it win.

Today is a Monday and its the first of the month. Make today the first day of your new start. You have done it before and you WILL do it again. You have the skills inside you. Reach down deep and pull the success up and out.
Add me as a friend if you like. I can cheer you on.

I have been there. And I will say, you can just start again, slow. Don't just give up, even though that seems easy. You can achieve your goals.0

This is the first time in my life that I've stuck with the change for more than a few weeks. And, it's the first time I've had any noticeable results. I've learned that success is simply not quitting. :-)0
