HELP! Traveling and desperate!

I travel all the time, and the only time I gain weight is when I allow myself to do so.
Breakfast: hard boiled egg with fruit and toast/English muffin (butter on the side)
Lunch: You can get grilled chicken Caesar salad with dressing on the side almost anywhere. Most decent restaurants also offer grilled shrimp, salmon, steak. Just skip the dressing.
Dinner: Repeat lunch, or you can order grilled fish/chicken/pork with steamed veggies. Have fruit salad for dessert. Stay away from the bread basket and allow yourself a glass of red wine.
I know it sounds sort of Draconian, but you'll feel so much better if you stay away from high fat/calories.0
