Question about losing weight & surgery

Is is possible to lose 100-150 pounds, and not need plastic surgery to remove lose skin? I've only lost 16 pounds of mine, and wondering if lifting weights and plenty of cardio will be enough to avoid it?
I figured I may need it on my breast and stomach, but the rest I hope I can avoid.
Thanks!!

There are a lot of factors that effect this. One is your genetics, age, how long you have been overweight, etc. There is no one size fits all answer for it.0

Agree with above.
Also given how much you'd like to lose, I'd recommend losing slowly. If you lose weight extremely fast, it may exaggerate the problem in regards to excess skin.0
