every year i want start my diet i delayed it to the next year.but now is diffrent.
So here I am all signed up and ready to go and I am very excited.

    i know what you mean. i always said I'll start a diet and never went through with it or it didn't last long. but after having my last child i was dead serious to losing weight. Don't call it a diet though, call it being healthy
