Hello

I have been trying to lose weight since Feb now. I have lost nearly 2 stone which is a combination of diet and exercise. I have started running going from barely being able to run for 45 seconds to being able to run 6.2 miles. I am hoping to get down to my goal weight at the end of next year which wont be easy as I am still 17 stone 9 pounds. However, I'm hoping with the help of My fitness pal and my garmin that I can do it
