Skinny-fat to fit plan

So I originally typed this long rant but Im going to simplify it to this...

1. I am skinny-fat female

2. I have a treadmill and a couple sets of dumbbells

3. what do I do to lose the skinny fat? In other words I am not sure how to use my treadmill and dumbbells in the most effective way possible

4. I am eating clean with a diet that includes protein to feed my (hopefully) growing muscles

Bump as I'm skinny fat and would love some guidelines too. (Especially with the weight lifting)

To OP; I started running a few weeks ago. I'm physically a wimpy weak person, so I used 'Couch to 5 Kilometers', a run/walk plan for beginners. The first day I nearly died after 60 seconds of running, now I can run 25 minutes straight without stopping! I just eat well, lots of protein, and I'm starting to notice gorgeous muscles on my legs and arms.

lift heavy weights. Look into starting strength, stronglifts, strong curves, NROL4W, etc.

If you do not have access to weights outside of your dumbells (not sure how much they weigh) you can start with a comprehensive body weight program.

search the forums as well. There have been other similar posts so you maybe be able to find answers that fit your question.
