:ohwell: Did lose - didn't keep it off
I found I just didn't eat and that didn't teach me anything
Interesting side effect tho was clenching my jaw0 -
You've got to use the time being on duromine to get yourself into better eating habits, so that when you've finished the course (usually 3 months) you'll have gotten into a pattern and it will be easier to stick to. You have to make yourself eat, its very easy to forget because a lot of people don't get the hunger feeling with duromine. I'm on 30mg tablets have only been on them for a week, I don't view it as a magic pill but I wanted help with making the right food choices and portion control. I never ate healthy and LOVED takeaways, so its so good not having ANY cravings and feeling satisfied eating some tuna and salad0
