I am new to this site and I love it so far!! I have been vegetarian almost my entire life and I have been finding it hard to loose those last few pounds since my high protein sources are limited. I have been working with a trainer for about 6 weeks and have yet to see the scale budge, so I am really trying to eat healthier...I am open to any creative tips, recipes and words of encouragement!!
