I've been intending to get into shape for.... years now? Yeah.

I am 6'1-6'2 and walked around at 168-170 for years, but I gained a few pounds as I entered my mid-twenties, and then got on Prednisone, a steroid, and everything went down hill. I was at 232 at my worst, was 227 at the beginning of this year, and as of today I am 213.

I'd like to get down to 175 again. I've got a new puppy who loves to run and we're going to clock some serious miles, but my real problem is my eating habit. I eat everything there is.

Looking for friends on here so we can encourage each other not to eat six meals a day.
